I’ve been passing Montgomery County Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy in Willow Grove every day on my way to work, so when I shattered my shoulder after a foolish jump from my truck over Memorial Day weekend, they were the first place I thought of for physical therapy. After weeks of immobilization, my surgeon recommended rehab, and I’m so glad I chose this office.
From day one, Frank and Julian have been incredible. They worked with me on my copay, which was a huge relief, but more importantly, they’ve been phenomenal with my rehabilitation. Their professionalism and expertise shine through, yet they keep the atmosphere light and fun, making you feel like family. Time in the office flies by because of their welcoming approach.
The PT techs are also fantastic, always ready to lend a hand and support the process. Thanks to the entire team, I’m well on my way to a full recovery. I can’t recommend Montgomery County Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy enough—top-notch care and a great environment!

Everything is spotless! I came in with a very stiff, painful shoulder. All the staff at the Bustleton Ave location are highly professional and skilled, but still friendly and personable. I don't want to be treated by well-trained robots and that is NOT what you get at Montco Rehab. I've made excellent progress clinically with the help of therapists Jackie and Frank (there was a staff switch after I started, but everything worked out quite well), and I've come to trust the team so much that I'm planning on seeking additional referrals to treat other long-standing issues when I'm finished dealing with my broken/replaced shoulder. Aides Mia and David keep a watchful eye on all the patients and provide much needed support - moral and physical. Carol has kept my account up to date and running smoothly.

This place is the best. I first came in 2019 for back issues. With personalized support I was able to get my pain under control and I still practice the routines today. I came back in 2020 for a rotator cuff issue. Again, after a well planned routine that progressed through treatment, my shoulder issue was resolved without surgery.

If you're looking for good therapy this is the place to go Jackie and Mia are the best I never felt so good in my life I feel good when I go there they make me feel like I can do all the stretches they provide and all the exercises going to rehab makes me get up and want to go thank you so much for caring about me

I have been to a couple other rehabilitation centers, but nothing is like Montgomery county. I’ve had my left knee replaced in August 2021 and now I’m preparing for my right one and I never stopped coming. The service is good the environment is like family, and nothing like a good hot cup coffee and strong hands to relieve tight muscles.

I've been to 5 other PT places over the years, and I really like this group. Their new facility is very spacious, bright, and clean. They have plenty of varying kinds of exercise equipment to use. The therapists and helpers are very nice and enthusiastic. The patients get to interact, if they want, with other patients, cheering each other on. They have a large parking lot, too. The therapists are very knowledgeable and work with the patients to help heal them. They adapt the exercises to the abilities of their patients. Some places push the patients too much into doing exercises that end up hurting more than helping. Their scheduling is very flexible for their patients. I highly recommend them. My husband had one knee replaced 3 years ago, and he never recovered adequately. Before he gets the next knee replaced, he plans to go there to improve his first knee before getting the other replaced. After seeing my success, his next post-surgical rehabilitation will also be there.

This is our third experience with Montco Rehab and Sports and we couldn't be happier. The first was after a bad experience with a local (Allentown area) PT that, in retrospect, was even more clueless than we thought when we dumped them in favor of Montco to rehab my wife's hip replacement. We are fortunate that our son lives in Blue Bell and that gave us the flexibility to use Montco.
Then we found out she needed a double knee replacement (funny story ..when she first went to Montco to finish her hip PT, a therapist observed her walking in and said 'what's wrong with your knee?"...we didn't know at that point). So she continued her PT with the goal of preparing/strengthening as much as possible in preperation for the knee operation. It worked. The surgeon said she was in better condition for the operation than almost all of the patients he sees and that it would greatly speed her recovery...thanks Montco!
So now we are 5 weeks out from the surgery and we never even considered going anywhere else, in spite of the distance from our home. They start each session by warming the joint (s) to be worked with pads and after the session they massage, ice and electrically stimulate the area. She feels great at the end.
AND all of this care and knowledge is delivered with a caring and fun attitude.
So if you or a loved one needs physical therapy, you really owe it to yourselves to do at least one session with Montgomery County Rehab and Sports.....you won't regret it.

Have been going to this facility since the mid 90's for various post surgical PT. Most recent was in April 2017. No change in service - still the finest PT center around hands down. My wife recently had a knee replacement, I saw daily what this other facility did which she chose because it was minutes from our home regarding PT, a very big difference comparing them to Montgomery. The 2nd knee now needs replacing and I was told PT will take place at Montgomery.
The staff members are tops, well versed and educated in this field. Thank you staff.

When I started there for PT I could hardly move my arm from shoulder pain. Through therapy, massage and electrical stimulation my shoulder is much better but not completely there yet. I'm also getting therapy for my knee. All the the therapists are nice and make you feel at ease. They are very knowledgeable. Many of the clients talk to each other and make it a happy place to be while you are doing your exercises. You should come in and check out this place, you'll be glad you did.
